Infinity Room welcomes thousands of customers per year from a variety of backgrounds who love supporting local businesses. We are excited to share the love among our fellow small business owners!
Our ads run for 30-60 minutes before every show (30 minutes before music shows, 60 minutes before comedy and drag shows) on a loop projected onstage. Each slide runs for 10 seconds and is guaranteed to appear at least 4 and up to 10 times per preshow advertisement session. Our room holds 60 seated and 110 standing guests. That means your ad will be viewed between 2,800 and 4,000 times a month or more depending on our show schedule!
Pricing
– $100 per month
– $550 for six-month contract (paid in full)
– $1,000 for 12-month contract (paid in full)
– 20% discount for non-profits
Ad Specifications
– Image size must be 16:9 aspect ration (ex. 1920 w x 1080 h pixels) at 300 dpi
– .png or .pdf preferred
For an additional $50 we will create an ad for you! We will need high-quality transparent .png logo and any other information or imagery you would like included
Design Recommendations
– Feature your logo name clearly and prominently
– Keep text to a minimum and don’t use more than 2 fonts
– Have the text and background contrast (i.e. light text on a dark background or dark text on a light background)
– Use high-quality photos and logos to avoid pixellation
– Leave space around the edge of the image so that no text gets cut off
Payment
We will invoice you via PayPal. Payments are due on receipt of the invoice.
Policies and Deadlines
– Ads are due by noon on the Wednesday before the end of each month, six months, or year
– You may change your ad once per month at no charge; any changes beyond that will incur a $30 fee
– We reserve the right to refuse to display any advertisement, even if the advertiser is under contract
– Material must be all ages
– We do not accept political or religious advertisements
– No refunds or credits
